My Journey
Earning ₹18,500 a month
I started my career doubting myself at every turn. Playing small. Watching opportunities slip away because I wasn't sure I deserved them. I knew I was capable of more, but something kept holding me back.
Choosing growth over comfort
I decided to stop waiting for permission and start betting on myself. I invested in learning, took on challenges that terrified me, and slowly began to see what was possible when self-doubt wasn't running the show.
Leading teams and scaling startups
I led 80+ women, built systems from scratch, and scaled startups from chaos to success. I went from uncertain and overlooked to an executive role — proving that the biggest barrier had always been my own beliefs.
Coaching 90+ women
Along the way, I started coaching women informally — and the results were undeniable. Women were setting boundaries, landing dream jobs, speaking up in meetings, and building businesses. I realized this was my calling.
Walking away to build something bigger
In 2024, I left behind a thriving corporate career to pursue what truly matters: helping women step into their power and take control of their careers and lives — unapologetically. This isn't just coaching. This is a movement.
