Because I’ve been that girl.

I know what it’s like to grow up walking on eggshells, lose yourself in other people’s moods, and become the woman who overthinks, over-gives, and over-explains just to keep the peace. I also know what it’s like to look “high-functioning” on the outside while privately carrying anxiety, burnout, PTSD and depression on the inside.

I built a successful corporate career in the middle of all of that, growing from INR 18,500 a month to 30 LPA in just 4 years, leading teams, scaling startups, and performing at a high level while quietly paying the price in my body, mind, and relationships.

In 2024, I walked away from that career because I knew my work was no longer just professional. It was personal.

Since then, I’ve been helping highly ambitious women like me stop over-functioning, abandoning, and shrinking to survive. My work is a balance of lived experience, trauma-informed practice, and one mission: To be the kind of support I never had, so women like me don’t have to suffer the way I did.
